  • The contact or address details are incorrect or incomplete.
  • There is suspicion of abuse of the cash on delivery (COD) payment system.
  • There is suspicion of fraud, violation of rules, or actions harmful to the store.
  1. Placing Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all the information provided is correct, complete, and up-to-date. This applies especially to the phone number and delivery address for COD orders. We reserve the right to contact you by phone or email to verify the order before shipping.

  1. Prices and Payments

All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT). We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery (COD) – paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.
  • Debit and credit cards.
  • Online quick payments (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Important (COD): In the case of an unjustified refusal of a COD order, the customer may be held responsible for shipping and logistics costs. The store reserves the right to block the ability to place COD orders for customers who have refused delivery without a valid reason.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders via international and domestic logistics partners. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address. The rules for returns and complaints are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email.
