🚚 Shipping Information – Originals Audio
At Originals Audio, we are committed to ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and delivered securely. Due to the use of international distribution centers and external logistics partners, delivery times and methods may vary. By placing an order, you agree to the following rules, especially those related to Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- Where do we ship?
We ship to all of Italy and selected European countries. Orders are sent via verified transport partners and regional fulfillment centers, depending on model availability and destination.
- Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Important (COD): COD orders may require additional verification via phone or email before shipping. Failure to confirm may result in delays or order cancellation.
- Estimated Delivery Times
The average delivery time for international shipments ranges from 2 to 12 business days.
This is an estimated time and does not guarantee delivery on a specific day.
Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier strikes are not grounds for an immediate refund of costs.
- Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount (information will be visible in the cart at checkout).
In case of unjustified refusal of a COD delivery, shipping and return handling costs are non-refundable, and logistics costs may be charged to the customer.
- Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Any customs duties, local VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not declare products as "gifts" nor reduce the actual value on the invoice.
- Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking system to update the shipping status correctly.
- Accuracy of Data (Crucial for COD)
The customer is responsible for providing a complete address and correct phone number. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect data or unjustified refusal of a COD shipment, logistics costs will be charged to the customer, and the user may be added to a "blacklist" of buyers.
- Lost or Delivered Shipments
An order is considered lost if 60 calendar days have passed since the shipping date.
Shipments marked as "delivered" by the carrier are not eligible for a refund. If you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or the local post office/carrier.
- Shipments in Separate Packages
To speed up delivery, products in the same order (especially if multiple pairs of sneakers) may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
