📦 Return and Refund Policy – Originals Audio
At Originals Audio, we are committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers and audio enthusiasts. Since we use international distribution centers to offer you the best models, the return and refund process is subject to specific rules. By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms outlined below, especially for orders with Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused (never worn outside), undamaged, and in its original packaging (the product box is an integral part of the product).
- It must include all original tags, security seals, extra laces, and accessories included.
- For hygiene reasons and product integrity, shoes showing signs of wear on the sole or visible creases on the upper will not be eligible for return.
📩 Mandatory: Before returning any product, you must contact us at: support@originalsaudio-it.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product at our warehouse, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- For COD orders, the refund will be made exclusively via bank transfer to the (IBAN) coordinates provided by the customer.
- Original shipping costs and logistics handling fees are non-refundable.
- COD Orders – Important Information
Orders paid by cash on delivery constitute a binding sales contract. By placing such an order, you agree to:
- Be present to accept the delivery from the courier.
- Have the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery (couriers rarely carry change).
- Provide a complete address and a valid phone number for logistical confirmation.
In case of unjustified refusal of the package:
- The shipping and return costs to the warehouse will be borne by the customer.
- Originals Audio IT reserves the right to add the customer to a "blacklist" and refuse future orders from users who do not accept their COD deliveries.
- International Shipping
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the reason is a store error (e.g., wrong model or size sent).
We strongly recommend using traceable shipping services. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transportation to our warehouses.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged pair of shoes or a model different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@originalsaudio-it.com. You must attach clear photos of the product, the box, and the shipping label, along with the order number.
